| Renee Schuldt Renee Schuldt represents and counsels management clients on employment law matters. Ms. Schuldt works with employers to draft and revise handbooks and employment policies. Ms. Schuldt also practices in state and federal courts, in arbitration disputes, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Department of Labor. Her representative experience includes defending employers on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act ("Title VII"), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"). Presentation Topic: Employee Handbooks in 2025 and Beyond Summary: This presentation will cover important policies to maintain in an Employee Handbook. We will briefly address the importance of periodically examining long-standing must-have policies - like EEO, Anti-Harassment, Anti-Retaliation, Complaint Procedure, Attendance, and Timekeeping, etc. - and focus primarily topics that have become more prevalent in the last five years like remote-work, social media use, artificial intelligence, and electronic monitoring.
