Renee Schuldt Renee Schuldt represents and counsels management clients on employment law matters. Ms. Schuldt works with employers to draft and revise handbooks and employment policies. Ms. Schuldt also practices in state and federal courts, in arbitration disputes, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Department of Labor. Her representative experience includes defending employers on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act ("Title VII"), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA").
