CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations cannot be made through the registration system. All cancellations incur a $50 administrative fee and must be submitted via email to treasurer@ntxshrm.org. Cancellation Date Range
A $50 non-refundable administrative fee plus a percentage of the registration cost. The percentage refunded is dependent on the cancellation date. Refunds are paid to the original payer via the original payment method. The NTXSHRM reserves the right to cancel or revoke any registration for any reason without a refund. Substitutions and Transfers Substitutions are accepted, provided the transfer request is submitted by midnight on March 26, 2026. The original registrant's company must email the transfer request to treasurer@ntxshrm.org. A $50 transfer fee will apply to all substitutions. Onsite Substitutions If you have a last-minute substitution and a transfer is necessary onsite, the new registrant must present written authorization on the company's official letterhead confirming the transfer of the registration. A $50 transfer fee will apply to all substitutions. |
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE Attendees that register for the North Texas SHRM Annual Conference (NTXSHRM), agree to the terms that NTXSHRM may use the photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by NTXSHRM, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. NTXSHRM may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by NTXSHRM including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. COMMUNICATIONS PREFERENCES By registering for the NTXSHRM Annual Conference, attendees agree that their information may be shared with official Conference partners such as the contracted housing bureau, vendors, sponsors, or others, in order to facilitate access to exclusive Conference material and information! |
